The customer has replaced the cold cartridge but it had carried on dripping. My suggestion was trying the filtered drinking water but wondered what your thoughts are as I don't know if these things have o rings that perish and back fill etc.

Dripping from spout? Well if she got the right cartridge she must know the make/model? Yeah, change the other two. They'll only go 2 mins later anyway.

Bite the bullet and change the whole thing. You don't want to go back for free in 2 months time.

Maybe the base is not good anymore and needs tap reseating ? Did you try this before installing the new cartridge ? But as above I'd not just change the cartridge you will most probably go back there very soon and that's for free ...

Thanks for all the replies. I did find the franked triflow one which does look very similar. I suggested he might be better off to replace whole tap but at the moment he gets really good flow from the hot and most of the taps I have put in lately have been dreadful because of the filters keeping hot and cold separate.

Hello all, I’m replacing a concrete paving slab patio in the back yard. The original patio used 50mm deep concrete slabs on hardcore & sand. I’m planning to pour a 100mm deep concrete patio on 100mm hardcore. In order to achieve the same final height to line up with the rest of the patio, I...
