Nice customer in a very clean house and pays with cash.
Needs toilet pan removed and a clean non smelly Sanitop replaced.

PM me for details, thanks.

Wow how many recommendations like that come along like that....not very often ...good little number for someone.....regards Turnpin:D

It sure is! Cloakroom is just inside the front door so no stairs and plenty of room to work plus it really is clean there. All pipes and connections on the sani are a like for like swap but you may have to tweak the pipe from the washbasin (cut and add a 45 elbow) right at the end.

The only possible snag (note possible) is that the pan has been grouted to the floor but the customer fully understands if it breaks it breaks and it is not your fault.

Hi, I have a Hansgrohe T30 thermostatic cartridge (98282000) that I need to clean or replace, but I can't remove it. I've spent ages Googling this, but I just can't find the right tool to help - it's probably a custom Hansgrohe tool. Can anyone guide me? Thanks!
