Ideal Logic + heat 24 fault code FA

I understand it’s a Flow direction fault. Meaning the incoming water is hotter than the outgoing, but the boiler has been installed for more than 7 years and its only just started happening…

Could this be a faulty pump or thermostat?

Any advice would be great.

I would say best option is to get a gas safe engy out as you can't fix or diagnose the problem yourself without being qualified
