Commonly known as Brown sauce heat pumps which i find ammusing!

How many of us plumbers have the qual? want the qual? have fitted the pumps? just looking for an angle on how popular it is. ive done a few short courses but wondering if this is worth while?

I was wanting to do something different, and thought i'd give renewable energy a try. mainly fit air source heat pumps and im really enjoying it. its very intresting, and i would reccomend anyone who wants to learn something abit different then give it a shot cos its becomeing more and more popular

Got to be worth a look at.
Renewable is the way things are gonna go, so the earlier you get in to it the better i'd say.

Me too, I'd like to learn more, but not sure who to go with. Might do the same as I did with solar, wait til it becomes more popular, around here anyway, and maybe a little too dear at moment.

Facinating stuff esp ASHP. not too complex but definately the way ahead when the government start chucking money about....

I have a plumber coming tomorrow to change a cartridge on a badly dripping tap on my bathroom mixer unit. There is no separate isolating valve for this tap so I'll have to close the stopcock. I tried closing it today but it won't go absolutely 100% closed and there is still a very slight flow...
