glow worm hxi30 boiler f9 fault code. no low water pressure switch on this boiler.and blown fuse second on pcb (does tis mean board gone?) main board

pump external to boiler. grundfos 25-80

slight history of job, arrived to fit dual fuel cooker gas hob electric oven. fitted

connect l.N.E to point switch on power tripped rcd at board
so I check wiring was correct simple enough. brown live blue neutral, Y/G earth.

finally got cooker to only partially work (faulty spark generator on cooker wont switch off. new cooker)

costumer only moved into property day before.

now found after testing for let by and soundness glowworn hxi 30 boiler display would not come on .customer say's it worked the day before and the morning before fitting dual fuel indesit cooker.
rang gloworm Technical, rubbish! could not get through, all info they claim is now online.(please note I did not touch boiler before the the above event was not necessary.

what should I look/ test? example :pump, low voltage side components, suggestion . note I am gas safe regs.

always rated vaillant / glowworm boilers but their tech support total RUBBISH. now I will not quote for their boilers again unless the customer request it. I get through to Worcester far better than vaillant or glow worm
