If boiler and hob are operating safely, within manufacturers specifications but the pipework is undersized and getting more than a 1mb drop between meter and boiler, is that AR or NCS?

There is no NCS, how much drop.
Mention on the paper work.

5mb drop, 2.9m3/h expected and getting 2.4m3/h but all flue gas readings and heat input readings are absolutely fine

Advise they need pipework upgrade, will they agree? Or will it be, it's been working ok for years.

Is your 5mb drop at the boiler or at the gas valve?

At inlet on gas valve - I'm upping the pipework - seems all I'm doing lately is upgrading pipework lol
