I will need a straight boiler replacement with a Baxi condensing boiler either supply and fit or fit only (we get very good discount from our supplier), full system power flush and new thermostatic rad valves fitting while the system is down. I will also need the gas fire servicing. The property is in Shefford and the job will be in early July.
