ferroli optima combi

hi guys i dont know if anyone has had this problem, the central heating is staying on even when the room stat is off programmer off and the boiler stat turned off. i thought the problem initially was the pcb so i changed that and still no difference . im not sure where to go next any help would be appreciated

shaun thats a good suggestion , a few years ago i had a similar problem with a ferroli and the flow switch was stuck on and the the boiler kept running , so thanks for that mate i will check that out on monday and post the outcome.
