hi i am new to servicing, i have never come across a ferroli boiler before i done all my usual checks all fine come to do a FGA test and my readings seem really high, i have had a look in the manual cant find any readings at all in there, i have tried to ring there technical line they shut at 5pm till monday morning. just wondering if anyone had any idea what the readings should be. many thanks dom

I'm not sure how old it was it was in when the customer moved in 2 years ago so they don't know
 
Can you do a strip down service?
Im not familiar with ferrolis
Have you checked your FGA in another boiler?
 
Yeah my fga was okay the other day, I think it's going to require a full service. I will ring them first thing Monday morning, I just rang my boss he said ferrolis are normally high readings. Thanks for your help
