Hi,

Boiler is losing pressure, from 1.5 bar to 0 bar in about 4 hours.

Have checked all rads and seem to be fine, no water out external prv pipe.

If the heat exchanger is faulty what do I need to look for?
There is a constant run of water from the condensate pipe when heating on but not sure if this is normal or the amount it should be. Reading other posts seem to suggest if in condensate points to a heat exchanger issue. I have attached video of anyone could advise if this amount of water is normal when heating on

Easiest way to check is to isolate boiler by closing off the F & R valves.
Close heating water inlet at this time also
Leave the boiler under pressure and see if the pressure drops.

Don't operate the boiler during this time
