hi guys, if a meter was installed externally by a gas transporter in the past in a box, is it the responsibility of them or gas supplier to keep it in adequate condition or replacement if it missing?

Customers responsibility changed one last week on a boiler upgrade Jewsons keep them in stock. Kop

Brass tap body is leaking.
I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.
