what do you guys use to re-pressurise EV ? would like a decent valve with gauge so i can attach a normal bike pump to.

to check the presure ive got a gauge from halfords and to top up i use the boys bike pump.......

Foot pump and I have a ÂŁ2.99 pressure gauge to push on to the fitting. Also have a lorry tyre extension tube (from tyre garage) if the foot pump won't fit properly.

you all want to get your selves the baxi adapter for the duotecs i will post a photo up tomorrow if i remember,it makes going on to ev,s easy

I use one of those battery pack jump starter things with a compressor on and check it with a pen type pressure gauge. Bought the battery pack for about ÂŁ25 from some poundstreacher type shop and the gauge from a car parts shop for about a fiver. Pumped up in under a minute.
Something like this

I used to use a machine mart air brush pump up until a few weeks ago, had the original pump for about 4 years. It gave up the ghost and died, i found it excellent for topping up large comercail vessells.

I have just replaced it wit a slightly larger shhhhh unit, again from machine mart, expensive but very quiet and fast.

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...

I have had a look at previous posts and think I know the answer to this but just before I make it worse could I just check what you think about this one. Granddaughter just moved house and this valve decided to leak when it was closed. When open its fine. Normally I have repacked the gland on...

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?

The fittings below are for a mixer bar attached to a self contained shower. i.e not a wall. The attaching screws have snapped. I could get two new brackets, dismantle that existing one and start again or I could try and re attach via those screws, removing the broken ones from the plate and wall...
