Double posts and very slow forum

Every reply I post takes about a minute to post. And when veiwed, it Posts double.( wonder if this one will too?)

Same for me. Nightmare.
Double posts and time is ridiculously slow.
A lot of the time I'm told I don't have permission to post and I end up Cutting and pasting answers after logging in again.
