about 2 days ago my trianco solid fuel (grains) boiler just went out. chimney has been swept, and the dammed thing just won't light. freliighters just st on top of grains and burn out, no hnt of grans being lt. its like trying to set fire to pebbles. 3rd night without central heating

When you say, chimney has been swept, - do you mean this all happened immediately after chimney was swept?Obviously chimney and boiler flue ways need to be clear.
Have you got a new load of fuel, as just wondering is it okay? Not bad fuel or damp?
Only other things are make sure nothing jamming in the lower part of hopper, at fire and that the fan is working properly.
You might have to get a Hetas engineer out to sort it
