Imho the pipes are going to leak good and proper when you turn the water back on as there not connected to anything at either end

Would have put mag under boiler, but it's a trade off against service ability. Pro2 the valves are easier and pulls off of in low clearance

Would have used the pro2 myself but FairPlay massive improvement on the last one and ignore Killy and his intergash comment he has good taste in tools but is still wet behind the ears on boiler choice. Would like to see what's going on under the unit before I put the Barack Obama seal of approval on it

oit :D

have ya seen an intergas!

A thought, I would have possibly installed it slightly differently. Pipes down LHS of boiler with 75mm offset at top to get around joist. Then hang boiler and then it's 125mm closer to the left wall and this less intrusive on window.

So that's fixing vertical drops on side wall not back wall , meaning boiler closer to wall and then pipe up like this,

Yeah I've seen one, I couldn't miss it for the 3 miles of condensate trap hanging out the bottom of it

Get one apart :) technicly its great and thats the part i care about :)

Have you even fitted one yet you internet warrior? You'll be buying land rover monthly magazine next.

They are good boilers, just ugly as hell.

kyle, you lose marks for the size of the hole you put in the ceiling, a 25mm flat bit would have sufficed! Gonna need a tube or two of decorators caulk.

And for some reason my ipad didn't include the smiley face, so don't take it the wrong way Killy!

Personally. putting my own first one in...... Tomorrow!
i agree they arn't the best looking boiler and the condensate does look cack.

Land rover?
please, it would be a toyota land cruiser if i went for a 4x4

Havnt got a clue why my phone thanked your post billy but I can't undo it now

I'm still not sold on the inter gas. I'm a man of honour and integrity if ray can't supply it then I don't want to know lol

If I'm honest I'm not happy with the magnaclean. I'm going to put it in the adjacent cupboard under the sink tomorrow.
