Went to apartments with this set up. It's got an 18l expansion vessel. To pipes out the top. 2 central immersions going into the fuse board on the front. A pipe coming out midway with a grunfoss pump then goes back into cylinder. 1 pipe with pump(central heating) going into it.

There's a 2 channel programmer. It can't see any zone valves anywhere? Anyone familiar with this?
 
Looks like an electric thermal store.
Hit wTer goes through a coil and heating is pumped direct from the cyl.
Is there a header tank on the top?

Not a Church Hill set-up is it? I'm sure someone else posted about one of these this week....

Hi there thanks for your time to look at this. I've got a multi pump / circuit system which is connected via a relay box to the boiler and Honeywell timer programmers. Picture attached. Right now any single circuit can turn the boiler on an off at any time (assuming the programmers allow it)...
