Boiler leaking constantly

My boiler is dripping hot water constantly is a brand new glow worm one.
It’s leaking from the red valve, 2nd from the end of the boiler with a pressure gauge below it.
Any ideas what to do, can’t get hold of the Plummer. Is it a easy fix?

If it’s brand new, can you not get the installer back? Is the filling loop open?

Leave message for installer saying going to contact manufacturer as cant get hold of you. Then contact manufacturer for warranty repair.

What's the pressure gauge doing?
