lame plumber

from my recent experience they may be cheap but avoid them like the plague/ebola.

Late delivery, eventually wrong item arrives, they wont pick up at a time to suit you, want you to do all the leg work, put down the phone on you after telling you to shut up!
# nothing good about them

That's the bad thing about buying things online. At least if you go to a local shop you can go back and throw it at them.

To me it's worth the extra money any day!

totally agree, trouble is you forget when you see a bargain. Paypal isnt any help, side with the traders, yep you send it back, pay for postage you wont get back as its over £6!!!

But sale of goods act states its sellers responsibility to recover goods that are faulty, not iaw description or not fit for purpose, so a curt but exact email quoting the facts has been whistled off tonight, to follow up the phone call this pm. 5 working days to either replace or repay, whether or not they collect and its claims online/ small claims to get an order in my favour, then hand it over to bailiffs, costs all get added to claim.
