Had my first failure on one of these boilers yesterday diverter needs replacing drained it down and stripped it out cleaned it up replaced it but to no avail design has changed from the original duo and a updated again on the erp so obviously a problem baxi out for a warranty fix next day worth being a Baxi works member. Kop
 
I like the way baxi operate but not a fan if the boilers, have you tried s 600?
 
like what ?

Filling loop Sodsing out when new
Expansion vessel hoses breaking / leaking
Smaller expansion vessel (think it's upto 8 rads)
Missing parts eg valves in the boxes
Wrong templates (flue holes)
Front flap magnets not holding when wired

Now some cons

Hard to get at the cold inlet and blow off so these need doing first else your screwed

Needs to be put into deair mode else it won't fire
