Hi all,

I'm part of the team running the Heating Installer Awards and wanted to give you some information to see if you might like to enter.

We're on the hunt for the UK's Number One Heating Installer and thought there was nowhere better to find that person than here!

The award scheme champions installers who go to great lengths to deliver incredible levels of service for their customers, using innovative heating solutions that improve the quality of life of families and businesses across the UK.

Working together with renowned organisations from the heating industry, the aim of the awards is to raise standards even higher, unveiling the true ambassadors of the world’s greatest heating and plumbing industry.

Entry is 100% free and only takes a couple of minutes.

Search Heating Installer Awards 2017 and you'll find the link.

Good luck!

Welcome to the forum. Will there be a free pen for all entries?...

And how are these awards going to achieve that exactly.

Those that dont care about standards or flout regulations won't enter and fly under the radar on many other levels.

We need effective policing to get rid of rogues through proper investigation.. not awards for those that are already doing a good job.

For example....

You cant buy glue if your under 18.
You have challenge 21 nationally for alcoholic beverages..

Buy a gas fitting ?? - produce a gas safe card.

Thats one idea how to instantly raise standards.
