Hi,
I am at present doing a project (not plumbing).
I need to connect 15mm copper fitting to either 50 or 40mm plastic pipe.
Does anyone know of a solvent adapter available, as I can't find one.

Basically one of these to get the tall weeds in an orchard.
However can't get a waterproof AND secure fitting of the 15mm straight connector into the plastic pipe.

Advice on old Osma soil pipe boss
Trying to connect up new 40mm waste into the old soil stack (which would be an absolute pain to remove), it's all Osma pipe, from the 70s. Pulled out the old waste from the boss and discovered the seal is pretty knackered, hardened and cracked everywhere (red coloured seal in the photo)...

Non-Standard pipe connection - please help!
Hi, I have an opening on the 'manifold' (I think that's what its called) on my soil pipe. It appears to be a non-standard size - about 51mm internally. I'm trying to connect a 40mm floplast solvent weld pipe, and can't find a boss adaptor that even nearly fits. I can't cut a new hole above...

Fitting European shower trap to 40mm waste pipe
Hi Everyone, Can anyone help? I have been searching but with no luck. I am trying to fit a Duravit shower trap which has a 50mm outside diameter euro pipe size outlet. I need to attach it to a 40mm UK size waste pipe and would prefer to solvent weld it as the pipe will be under a tiled...

How should condensate drain connection be made at top of downpipe?
[ASIDE: I did wonder if this was the best forum for this but figured as it was a boiler related issue that the gas engineers would be dealing with it as a matter of course. If I'm wrong can someone let me know and I'll shift it to a better place.] I have a condensing boiler installation...

Wall mounted toilet problem with offset soil pipe.
Hi guys, I've had a search and couldn't find anything related. Installing a wall mounted toilet, unfortunately didn't know this when I put the soil pipe in position. The supplied fitting is now approximately 130mm offset from the vertical connection. Any ideas? (amateur obviously!) Wondered...
