Default fully pumped hot water system?

hello all,
just a quick question that has a pretty long answer i'm sure.
need to install a very nice ensuite wet room but at present only gravity fed to shower. there are 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms. if unvented cylinder is used the stop tap is only 15mm so water flow is probably not great. this also hampers the use of a combi boiler. other option is a bigger HW cylinder, 100gallon cold water storage and fully pump the hot water side.
how do i balance the hot and cold to showers with pumped (3bar max i guess) and mains (5 bar ish)? also what sort of pumps have people used, how much and what brands are reliable please?
any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Pump both hot and cold then you've got balanced supplies.

You could use something like the aqualisa quartz or the mira event if you want a cheaper option.

Thanks Mike,
decided to go the unvented cylinder route... ariston primo. fitted by a competent qualified person...
didn't want to pump cold tank fed water to basins etc around house. is it legal to do that?

No problem with pumping everything. You would need to use separate single impeller pumps for hot and cold to prevent cavitation when a single outlet is opened.
