It's a forum for professionals and diy. What you need to realise is that we can spot when and where someone is getting out of their depth. That is when we advise you get someone in. And who better than one of us?

So on that basis I would appreciate a retraction of your comment above.

Its a forum, if i wanted to get a plumber in i would have called one. I've done the whole bathroom myself so far and I won't be calling anyone in as its not a rush to complete.

I will complete it myself, i've ordered everything to do the waste from scratch, i was just trying to avoid that hence the questions.

I really do hate these forums where people assume so much, if you can't answer the questions then just don't bother.

edit: its also interesting how only a single person replies, and then when there is some "Drama" in come the trolls.

Not at all, it was a bad assumption, i am more than capable of gluing some pipe together i just wanted some advice on the best way to do it, not doing the work itself.

As i said in the previous post i've done everything else myself from ripping out to where it is now and it looks great so far. I will share some pics of the completed bathroom

If you're referring to me as a troll you may find that to be a very silly mistake.

I didn't specifically have you in mind no, but I also wouldn't discount saying it if that's what i thought, just because you are a "moderator", it means nothing to me. I also don't care for threats on a forum, its quite pathetic.

Moderating a forum is not a position of power unfortunately, people come and go and whatever powers you feel you have are pointless and false, if people are bothered about using this place they will come back in 10min under a different name, email and IP, just saying.

Good luck with the moderating, enjoy it and take it more lightly

No one is threatening anyone and I resent being called a troll with several thousand posts. You need to reel your neck in as there are many people on here with hundreds of years of combined professional plumbing service under their belts. We as professionals offer our advice FREE we will offer you the same courtesy you offer us however you've decided to throw the toys out. You said you didn't know what to do so what is the harm in suggesting one of our trusted professionals from here? It's not touting its offering a professional that will not mess you about in the untrusting world we live in. I'm not criticising what you've done but rather trying to help you round something you're struggling with. You are obviously one of those that knows better though so good luck and I'm out.

You were the first person to reply, read my post, i said the trolls come out "after" drama happens... The comment wasn't aimed at any specifically, just that typical of all forums when someone argues tons of others come and join in just to troll.

And "you may find that to be a very silly mistake.", this is a threat FYI

Grow up mate. It's a threat in so much as you will get banned if you don't treat other members with respect. I've done nothing to disrespect you other than suggest some professional assistance we have no idea of people's competencies and plumbing ability hence the suggestion of getting a pro to look at the soil pipe situation. It's amazing how quickly people get out of their depth.
