    But did you have any Plumbing experience B4 doing the gas ? as the OP has no idea at all of systems, and says he just wants to work on boilers & cookers

    If you want to buy something, I mainly use pair of Bahco pump pliers and a small yellow and black adjustable. Use them on pretty much every job. Every plumber also has a r`berger superfire too.

    yeah admittedly I`ve had a number of years experience and also previous gas training.

    IMPORTANT:
    Carbon Monoxide can be produced when ANY fuel is burnt, including oil, gas, wood and coal.

    Want gas safety or boiler repair advice? :
    Please supply your Gas Safe / Oftec / Hetas Number, DIYers, odd job people and have a go heroes need not apply, and remember any fuel burning appliance can kill

    Can't remember if it's 20 or 500 mbar at the cooker. If I didn't have the same problem I'd think it was a windup.
