Open Question: Advice about a plumbing situation PLEASE!?
Had a plumber come round to assess the problem with our boiler. Was told it was the thermistor. He's just come round to fit the part, didn't drain the boiler, hot water sprayed out everywhere, and now we're told that the overheat thermostat, pump & water pressure switch now need replacing!!! Where do I stand legally as these parts were never quoted for before he messed around with it. Also, who would we report this to if we have problems getting them to pay for it?
