Radiator move???
Hi, Can anyone help please??
I need to move a rad 200mm to the left in my bathroom. I have a modena E80 combi. Do i need to completly drain the system and then cut and make good pipe or is there another way i drain to stop flooding downstairs. My combi is on the same level as im in a flat, but the pipe run from the boiler above my attic and then down the wall to my rads.
Please help??
Matt

Re: Radiator move???
best to drop pressure at a drain off cock, dont use the pressure relief valve on the boiler as any dirt caught on the seals will cause it to leak later on and the rad pressure will be lost. most boilers operate at around 1 bar, check the manufacturers website for their reccommendd pressure
