    Default Replacement waste fitting

    Hi There

Attended a customer house to fix a leek from the stop tap going into some ancient type of water softening device. Whilst I was there customer asked me if I could replace the existing waste disposal unit. My question being, can i find a suitable waste fitting for existing basin as at present or is the existing fitting bespoke to the waste disposal/sink, see attached pics. Would welcoe your thoughts

Should be able to replace the waste disposal with a basket waste and then just add a normal trap on the bottom. They're usually one size i believe.
