Default upstairs rads come on when i adv h/w on programmer

Have recently changed an old single rad(30yrs old) to a new double rad, had to do small alteration to pipework so that it would meet up with new valves. Re-filled the system bled all the rads, fired it up fine all ok later on advanced the hw control on the programmer and the rads upstairs came on??? Help!

is it the bathroom rad? often on the hw circs, if all pstairs rads coming on, may be a two port valve not closing or summat like that, as aj says need more info
