Default Mains feed pipe

Hi
Can anybody tell me what size the plastic pipe is from the outside stoptap to the house so i can get a fiting to join it to 15mm

I think its 25mm but you can get it in 20mm, 25mm & 32mm

what colour plastic pipe as their is black aswell as blue which can come up in different sizes.
