What document would be needed when maintaining a water softener?

maintenance schedule, installation programme, manufacturers catalogue or manufacturers specification??

Default Equipotentail Bonding

If you suspect the earth equipotential bonding in a dwelling is inadequate what action should be taken?

Would you advise your supervisor or turn off power supply or what??

Default poor performance

If you have installed a new product say a pump thats only a month old or so and it isnt performing to its specification would you ask merchant to replace under the warranty or would you advise your customer first before taking any action?

Default faulty gas meter

If you notice a gas meter maybe faulty would you contact gas supplier or just tell your customer or do you turn off supply then take action??
