Normal Work practice help needed please
Hi
My friend is doing a plumbing course and has been asked a question, which is : Normal work practice dictates that work is completed from the top of the house down, explain the reason for this. I have tried to answer the question by browsing the internet as I know nothing about plumbing and my friend understands the concept but just can't put it in the correct words. Can anyone please help.
