booster pump for shower question
hi all i need to fit a booster pump for a new shower, however there is no room in the airing cupboard to fit one.
customer said he wants one in the loft, i will fit a essex flange on the cylinder coming off with a loop to run into the loft to avoid airlocks .
how would i know what pump he needs for his water pressure. and is it a negative pressure pump needed as it will be pulling water into the loft.
thanks .
also the cold feed will need a 300mm clearance from bottom of cwsc to inlet of pump. so i may need to raise cwsc up to comply with that ..

Re: booster pump for shower question
i did look under the bath not much room. airing cupboard is down the hall from bathroom so would have to run under floor then up into pump. more than likely cause air locks .

Why don't you have a look at an Aqualisa Quartz or Mira do a similar one they have a built in booster pump.
