electric fan assisted ovens

Check fan for grease
My mothers oven (not same model) often gets slowed up by grease and other fats. As the oven gets hotter the fan works better"nothing is impossible"

I must admit,am a bit concerned how many followers the new Logic is getting,all saying how good it is,we will see in another few years,hope a lot of installers do not get their fingers burnt
