are the existing rads the same size ?
what type of system is it on ?
have they got trv's fitted do they need replacing ?

trv's will use the one already on old pipework so wont be replacing trv's the olds ones are fine

i have the rads just quote for labour thanks

where are you in the country as rates vary so much.
plus you''ll be hard to find a descent plumber that will quote without seeing the job.
many won't fit what someone else has brought, they like to supply their own rads.
as for the locksheild valve i never fit new rads to old locksheild valves.

Definitely something that you would need to see in person before quoting. Changing a radiator can be a 5 minute job if it all goes well but if you get one with the tails seized into the radiator, dodgy wall behind the rad etc. you can be looking at 4 hours.
