Unhappy electric showers

hi all.

does anyone know of a shower that has the electrical connections and the water inlet connection on the left side of the unit. need to replace a shower for a friend and he doesnt want to take his tiles off if he can help it (and its a solid wall not a stud wall). any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers guys and gals.
J
