If you want a job at the end of your training you have to start advertising around the half way mark of your course the best advertisement is word of mouth family and friends.
It took me a couple of months to get regular, good work but it's starting to come through now and unlike the btsc sales crowd the lads at ntps training didn't charge anything like what btsc wanted and gave realistic opinions on how to get work.

if u go on btsc web site and go through the testimonals its strange that the associate companies these people have been placed with are not named why cos that would b good advertising for these companies also the people photographed on there web site arnt trainees they members of the owners family and the gril on the gas boiler works at home inspector training which is a sister company of btsc so again not a trainee just some more flase advertising we all realy need to ask a few questions of this company not all wot it says it is be wary again its your hard earned money ur giving to make someone else alot of money and anybody that has been to btsc will know this

I went for an interview at btsc a while back and just can't decide whether to do it or not.

I'm 26, unemployed and it's either do this course or go to Uni or whatever, the sales guys were pretty good at their job and nearly had me convinced, it's just the thing about getting a job at the end, but they said it's guranteed as long as you pay the 8k and not just the 4k.

Like someone else said the facilities are first class, it's just there's the worry that other plumbers might not take someone serious who's been on these.

phone up ask about the job at the end of training and ask them to sent it to you in writing if they do that and dont get you a job then you could take them to court remember they need you more than you need them these people dont care about you just ur money in there bank they would let jack the ripper on the training if he had 10grand to give them they just want your money Do some research on these people that own this company and you will find the people at the top know nothing about the plumbing industry not one of them has ever been a plumber maybe a gardener or a driving instructor but not a plumber so wot do they really know about plumbing again just there to make money out of r trade

people, i've just done my first week at the manchester btsc and must say i was extremely satisfied with what i saw ,learnt and the tutors there. the premesis is absolutely brilliant also , bit pricey but well worth it, im asking for help though, i have just taken my btsc and city & guilds exams after module 1. i passed the city and guilds 82% (lucky) and not heard about the other 1 yet . the thing is im crap at written work and studying things dont like to stick in my brain im more hands on. can anyone give me any advice on good studying tips or how tolearn things cuz im crap when it comes to written exams but decent with practical work. i'd appreciate any replies or add me to msn or email me on mark_whitton17@hotmail.com. thanks a lot
