how do i gain experience when im not training when no company will set you on until your qualified?

im doing training at olci but i would like to do it full time and gain more experience

There is no work about at the minute matey and I couldn't take the burden or risk at the minute of taking someone on.

However, I would offer your services free of charge to a local plumber as a payback for the experience you would gain
