Sprint V2 Gas Analyser

Hi

I wondered if any of you guys on here can help.... I am the wife of a plumber and am trying to get his new Sprint V2 gas analyser loaded up on to our laptop... all good but its asking me for an analyser security code when I am trying to manually change the configuration of the business name and number !!?
Does anybody know where i find this info from???
Any help or assistance would be gladly appreciated !!!

is it a new one ? is it registered somewhere else ?

Hi - No its brand new - we picked it up on Thursday....

had mine a while cant remember if it came with a card that had them on. ill look through my files and let you know

Hiya - no - not on the back... ive tried everything possible... i know my fella has paid a lot of money for this but doesnt seem to have come with great setting up instructions..... unless its just me !! which is always a possibility ! thanks for any help though

i assume your in supervising settings , just got mine out and its not asking me for a p/w are you sure its not something youve set up

Its when I go to manually change configuration....I want to change the first line and second line of header so the sprint states the business name etc....I then download to instrument....its says you are about to overwrite the analyser configuration... click ok ......and then it comes up with a box stating that I need to enter the analyser security code..... have no idea... if you dont enter it correctly any other changes you make are amended but the 1st and 2nd line are not.... so the sprint still just shows test menu...... do you have your name on the front of yours? xxxxx

yes when it first come on press escape and go to supervisor settings , i put my company name and number in there this is then printed when i print a log off

turn it of and press reset.
