    Yeh i get it doesn't replace any tools but it does indeed help having one in your pocket. I would call it an expensive bleed key with the abiltiy to do more if needed. šŸ™ƒ

    Have you found anyone for the course yet. I know at colleges you can do an adult learning course where you go two evenings a week and do your theory side of things. I am doing mine at bolton college. I know BTAS in chorley do one. Oldham college used to have something.

    Yes it is a danfoss valve. Allen key shuts it off. Thanks all for the help. Much appreciated.

    Not sure. It was a mates house he bought an i took that picture earlier today. I will check and see if it ia allenkey inside. I will get back to you on that one tomorrow. Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated

    The inside is round so not allen key. And the outer nut thing wont turn on any of the rads.

    Yes it tightens to the outside thread so that being on makes no difference just looks pretty.

    I have a valve on the feed/return of the radiator and i cant shut it off. The trv end shuts off but all my radiators have this (as shown in pic) on the other side which i cant isolate with to change radiator. Help please do i need to drain the whole system to remove one radiator?

    Boiler temperature dropping them cutting off

    I have a BIASI M90E32S which had a faulty expansion vessel. Pressure kept dropping so we added a new external vessel. But now the heating comes on for an hour or so. At a certain temperature the boiler cuts off. After a restart it works for an hour again. Please help. Could it be a faulty pump...

    The standards for capping off or isolating according to the British Standard would mean a solid soldered cap. Appropriate fitting as shown. In the screen shot.
