Customer has an ideal logic 35 with heating working upstairs and no heating downstairs, have tried shutting all rads upstairs but rads downstairs still cold, I did find some stuck trvs but still no difference once released, I’m thinking system is sludges up.

I’ve a customer with combi boiler works fine and provides heating upstairs but downstairs is cold, isolated all rads upstairs boiler goes out on overheat, there are some stuck trvs on downstairs rads but on releasing pins still no circulation, I’m thinking sludges rads

If the government puts us in lockdown, customers with no heating or hot water ,what are we as engineers supposed to do.

Go for a conventional system boiler, upgrade the cylinder and fit Trevi boost showers as the mains pressure boosts flow of the hot water. No electrics needed and quite (no noisy shower pump).
My inspection was within 1st month but I'd previously had gorgi years ago. Once the inspector has been round and is confident in your ability the 3 month probation is done and your good for 5years.
I've always considered push fit waste fittings a bit diy.
Always use solvent weld apart from beneath kitchen sink then mechanical fittings only where necessary.
The guy whom came and inspected me whanted to see 3 jobs ideally but was quite willing for me to basically carry out a service inspection of our office boiler and whiteness,tightness test,gas rate, flue gas analysis.
