Fitting a Hansgrohe mixer shower/bath filler... basically it will fill the bath via the overflow connection and then twisting the dial will redirect the water to the shower hose.. the question is... for the bath filler connection should I run the pipework in 22mm from the mixer valve? and for the shower connection run this in 15mm?

The client has a stop tap that does not work and wants to change it to a new stop tap... the only problem is the incoming mains is Lead pipework ...the stop tap on the boundary line cannot be turned off.. therefore I have to freeze the lead pipe ... what alternatives are best.... i have used the screwfix "arctic spray" on 15mm copper tube and it worked fine.. will this be sufficient?

Changing an old cast iron soil stack to plastic.. I will be making the connection just above ground level (Due to the client has a new concrete driveway).. is there an adaptor which can be used to make the connection between the old soil stack pipe and the new plastic soil stack? (like a type of pan connector??).. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..
