Hello!

I'm planning to replace my bathtub mixer, but obviously need to shut off the water before I begin. There are no valves for the hot/cold water pipes in the bathroom.

The problem: I'm in an apartment and my water tank is old (circa late 80s/early 90s). I can't figure out what needs to be done to stop both the hot and cold water. I'll attach some photos. Any help is massively appreciated, this forum has become somewhat of a lifeline as of recent!

Looks like the stop tap under the water meter

That should shut the cold into the cylinder and therefore the hot out.
Turn it off and try opening the bath taps
