Just been out to an annual service. Stook the fga in and got 1000 ppm high co levels on the fga. Going to take the burner out and clean it along with the main heat ex tomorrow when i can get new burner seal. I know this will cure it but thought ide post somthing coz its been ages. Any thoughts ???? Also im not keen on this new version of ukpf

Thoughts- Don't for baxi's :p:p and it grows on you mate.

New !! , its been like this for ages lol
 
Check the integrity of the flue a full strip down and service is needed and retest , if that does not result in a lower ppm then contact Baxi technical what was the co/co2 ratio? Cheers Kop

Thanks guys.
So as i said, took burner out and cleaned heat ex as it was full of crud, replaced gasket which is rubber not graphite then retested. Ratio was then at about 10.8 % and ppm was up 200 which was well lower than before cleaning out. Adjusted the gas valve to Mi to 8.4% +- 2 and now boiler is burner perfect. Happy days
 
Don't think you need to change the seal unless damaged on these.
 
11 on top of a your service price is alot when your competing on price with very cheap prices.
 
After his wife overheard the conversation which resulted in a new boiler and how dangerous the thing was, I think he would have taken his chances and been safer :D
