Hi all. Any of you guys got these batteries and are they worth the money?

...only for specific high draw apps like a grinder, circular saw or if using your SDS for small cores.

For that money I'd get two 4A or 5A batteries instead.

no complaints for me using 1 6.0 lasts a bit longer than the 5.0 but nothing much

So I'm probably better off getting 2x 5ah batteries then?

yea did you get to the bottom if your sds problem afterwards?

Unless you really need the current draw or the increase in run time the 5ah are the best value option.

It's to use with my 18v sds. For some reason I only managed 8x 6mm holes in concrete with my 4ah batteries!

The Bosch warranty applies to batteries and chargers for 2 years, I'd retest my fully charged batteries and if they're still **** poor contact Bosch or your supplier before buying a new battery. You should be able to drill many more than 8 holes.

id sitck to 5ah batts, heard alot of 6ah are not as good on output wise as the 5ah versions so dont make a huge difference.

Is the minimum output of this boiler 8.1kw, (max output 24.0kw), I don't see anything in the MIs re this, one would expect a turndown ratio of more than 3:1, surely? Also what is the relationship of Bosch and Wocester Bosch?, they only mention Bosch in the manual.

Hi - I’d like to replace my single old 1 sump pump with a combination unit, primary and backup units. I have a whole house generator so a battery backup sump is not needed - reduces maintenance too. Anyone aware of combination sump units where both are powered by AC? Seems there are plenty...

Hi everyone, My customer has a gas fire (Gazco Logic HE fire, about 10 years old). It's a slide control fire. The fire has become difficult to light. One has to push a lot more firmly down on the control slide to get it to light. At which point, all is fine. The pilot is good, new battery...
