Seems Mr Cameron and co. have run out of ideas, but they keep borrowing ours and have the cheek to say we are not capable of running our own economy!

Surely Nick and Dave have led the way on this?

Not literally perhaps, but in many ways their relationship has been a prototype!

England has been governed by Scots for ages.
What's wrong with pinching the odd idea? It'll all end in tears anyway.

I like the whiskey, and have the porridge every morning, but the politicians they keep sending down are rubbish!

Gay marriage has been legalised up here and the UK govt. are about to copy that and introduce that down your way. Do you think it will be widely accepted or not?

I don't care as long as it doesn't become compulsory.

Believe it or not, it is not widely accepted up here either but thats what happens in "democracies"

Another stupid law is the minimum pricing of alcohol.
That won't stop anyone buying drink. It just means the weans will starve and the shops or producers will make more profits.

I stood in the local shop last week behind some woman and her wean.
Bottle of vodka 2 bottles of diamond white a loaf and 2 frozen pizzas. It came to £20 odds and she emptied her purse on the counter and was short of £1 odds........eh just put a pizza back. That is the reality of it. They will drink before they eat.

Don't really care either. If two people love each other, regardless of their sexual orientation, and they want to sanctify their love, then why should a few words in an outdated story book stop them?

Or do you think it would be an ecumenical matter?
