    been call out to this boiler a few time now everytime i get there it works fine lady says it only seems to lockout first thing on a morning when its been off all night,, so going there in the morning before it fires up... has anyone had and dealing with a fault like this,,,,,

    Sticking hot water micro switch is a common issue that causes these old birds to overheat fixter1 .... 1st thoughts

    remove the bottom panel and remove both screws of panel and drop panel down , the red neon will be on which means it is stuck in hot water mode , if you back the switch off and test with hot tap for making and breaking should sort it , good luck
