thats what is confusing the rse off me gasman , this is a job am going to in the morning as a favour to my sister , this owner does not have the book and has been told it needs replacing hes paying me for a second opinion , i was trying to get the MI as he doesnt have them but he recons it does both his heating and hw
now i know ALL CUSTOMERS tell the truth and know there own systems better then us qualified chaps and gurls

output is only 32,000 btu,so if does do ch as well its a small load

probably just me who is over killing as i am told i do all the time . i always try and get the MI`s before i go to virgin jobs. been still fresh i just like to be prepared. ill see what pans out tomoz.
