The drain cock on my water cylinder is very close to the ground and is obscured by piping installed by the previous owner. The spigot is at the bottom but, try as I might, I can find nothing to tighten it. Can anyone offer any advice ? Thanks

Which make is fairly foolproof? I tend to almost always go down the mechanical unblocking route but I want to leave a few bottles for a few tenants (not mine).

I've found this website called gasqet.com. They make 3D printed washers made out of a different plastic that is higher spec apparently, so it's a lot stronger, and recyclable (though why you'd want to, I have no idea). But they are the same price as normal washers. Has anyone tried them out...

I'm looking for a quality robust sealant between rubber bathroom flooring and sanitary ware as well as gap filling between floor and skirting, it's not a wet room but needs to go off hardish and be easy to clean. Does CT1 fit the bill?

I’m moving from USA to the UK and with my tools is my Milwaukee ProPress gun. I am under the assumption that I will need to leave the 1/2” 3/4” and 1” jaws in USA and buy new 15, 22, 28 jaws in the UK unless someone here might know if the imperial jaws will press metric fittings too? Thanks in...

Replacing 15 x stopcocks @ 22mm thought I'd try cutters as usually I pull 'em and space was tight. These Ox brand 22mm cutters just deform the olive and score the pipe. The jaws don't close properly as witnessed by the burr where the handles meet (pictured) preventing cutting of the olive. Cost...
