100,000 euro!!! Obviously I need help.
I have a project over in France that needs a heating system and I have three prices for the job all around the 100,000 mark. This is both crazy and unaffordable . I am a general builder , capable of high quality work but lacking design knowledge on such a...
Getting a high pitched “ticking” noise ( I can’t hear it, but the wife can) from the motorised heating/water control valve. Is this normal?
As I typed this, I realised I can check it by turning off the hot water / heating one at a time and see if the telltale moves.
Answers would still be...
A Barnsley inventor has seen his new product, designed to make removing radiators an easy task, go on sale in hundreds of B&Q stores across the UK.
Entrepreneur Tony Cardno, a former Goldthorpe colliery fitter, has created a new design for the radiator valve which doesn’t require a radiator to...

Hi
Im going crazy over my Ariston Mircogenus 24 boiler (6 years old).
Its not heating water properly and you only get some hot water to the nearest bathroom as the water pressure has to be lowered. The ensuite gets no hot water at all!
So far I (well, my plumber) has
1. Replaced PCB board...

Fitted a Intergas 36/30 a few weeks ago and the customer is complaining that they are using £60 a week on gas. There are no leaks on the system and I suppose if there was one it would have to be very bad to cause £60.
They are on a pre payment meter though, could it be faulty?
Could they be on...
A 'friend' of mine has bought a wee flat for a bird he has on the side. He's on a limited budget as he doesn't want the wife to find out about it or her! Anyway, he's wanting me to replace the existing combi & I wondered what you guys would recommend for around £550, 28KW with standard flue &...
So, I've not had a cigarette in a week now and its great. Based on the fact I smoked 20 a day and an extra 20 over the weekend I've saved nearly 55 quid so far. It's not great deal of money by any means and it won't make me rich but its better in my back pocket then wasted on cancer sticks.
