How would you classify this for a LL cert?

If a domestic boiler/gas appliance is in a commercial property, does this mean a gas engineer would need commercial tickets/qualifications?

The flue for a glow worm micron 30ff is apparently obsolete but there must be other flues that would fit it surely, it's just a standard 100mm horizontal flue right?

I'm moving to a flat but where the cooker is situated. I can't get a vented extractor fan as it's the same wall as the next door flat.
Are the none vented ones any good ?

Has anyone managed to clean the tubes inside the manometer? I have dirt inside mine which has been building up for ages, it could even be mould in it. I'm not sure how to clean it, due to the thin tubes.

Can anyone turn a boiler off to work around the flue for roofing as an example, as long as a registered gas engineer carries out the required checks and certification before turning it back on?

Hi, my mother had an electric cooker installed yesterday. The guy who fitted it said it shouldn't be close to the gas pipe but it is.
The red arrow shows the gas pipes, the blue arrows are the electric supply for the cooker and the purple is the back of the cooker.
I know nothing of plumbing...
